Our Projects

We are currently working on a number of projects:

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich

We have been working With Skanska & Skanska Facilities Services providing both planned and reactive maintenance services for the NHS Trust, which includes the redecoration and refurbishment of ward, office, access routes and general areas.

Skanska Construction (UK) Limited are currently undertaking Health, Defence, Custodial, Education, Commercial, Data Centre and Civil Engineering projects in the UK with an annual turnover of £1.48 billion.

NewSchools

Other projects CSF has currently worked on is a school badly damaged by fire, and we have been asked by NewSchools to convert 3 science laboratories into home economics, 1 being a large commercial kitchen for the 6 formers to learn there trade & secondly a kitchen built as a large domestic kitchen for the younger students.

The school summer holidays are a very hectic time for CSF as the schools have broken up and there are huge amounts of works from decoration to construction. This can be from installing 30 + doors, double doors, frames, new ironmongery & decoration to constructing various classrooms & extensions to the school. Recently we constructed a new gym store room at Clacton County High School & nearby at Colbayns High School we installed a huge number of door sets complete with all the necessary ironmongery.

Luxury Hotels

CSF have been working on a 5 star luxury hotel set in London called the Grosvenor House Hotel set in the heart of Mayfair near famed sites, shopping & dining. One of the rooms currently CSF are working on is the Great Room one of Europe’s largest ballrooms seating up to 2000 where well known famous people attend these functions.

Another hotel that CSF has just completed and carries out general maintenance works to is the Dorchester Hotel superbly located in the heart of London's Mayfair on Park Lane, between Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. We have just installed 3 large chiller steels 2 of which had to be craned to the 9th floor where major roof repairs and protection was carried out by our roof specialists.
